My stay at Imperial Lexis Kuala Lumpur was a mixed experience. The location is fantastic, providing easy access to Bukit Bintang and very nice views. However, I faced some service issues, particularly regarding the New Year's Eve celebrations. It was disappointing not to be allowed access to the 51st-floor area for the fireworks, which was a significant reason for choosing this hotel.
