the private pool inside the suite was AMAZING!!! it provided a luxurious touch. the suite offered city views in complete privacy. the hotel ensured a calm and exclusive atmosphere. the skydeck gave a amazing view of the city skyline!!!
the windows in the room needed a bit more cleaning, a minor issue.

I found friendly hotline operators and helpful Roselle coffehouse staff. They made our morning sahur so pleasant. The Management took care of customers. My room not had good view but it was changed to one with great views.
Instructions for facilities use were a bit unclear.

i had a really great time here. the free minibar items surprised me! i wasn't expecting complimentary canned drinks and juices. the location was also quite convenient. it was a short walk to many attractions.
the hotel is fairly new, but a few spots in the room already showed wear. the parquet had scratches, stains, and some damp patches.
