amazing pool suite experience!
private pool luxurious touch city view skydeck view
the private pool inside the suite was AMAZING!!! it provided a luxurious touch. the suite offered city views in complete privacy. the hotel ensured a calm and exclusive atmosphere. the skydeck gave a amazing view of the city skyline!!!
the windows in the room needed a bit more cleaning, a minor issue.

the level 51 features a beautiful pool and amazing scenery. you can view petronas klcc and menara clearly from up there. the skydeck is also a great option. there is also valet parking available.

automated features complex system
The location was acceptable for seeing the city center.
The room's automated features proved more frustrating than convenient. I struggled to operate the systems, and it detracted from my relaxation. This complexity overshadowed other aspects of the stay.

Amazing stay with private pool
friendly operators helpful staff good view
I found friendly hotline operators and helpful Roselle coffehouse staff. They made our morning sahur so pleasant. The Management took care of customers. My room not had good view but it was changed to one with great views.
Instructions for facilities use were a bit unclear.

The hotel has a skydeck that gives guests free entry and great views. The cleanliness is satisfactory, and the check in and check out system work without problem. Masjid As Syakirin is near, reachable via walking.

Breakfast have various choices of food available. I had a superb nasi lemak bungkus at breakfast. The hotel offer excellent food in terms of taste and price and its japanese restaurant is worth a visit.

My room was upgraded to a panorama pool suite and was very spacious. The room had great views and was clean. The room have a famous private swimming pool and a mini bar with free and refillable items.

excellent stay!
free minibar convenient location short walk many attractions
i had a really great time here. the free minibar items surprised me! i wasn't expecting complimentary canned drinks and juices. the location was also quite convenient. it was a short walk to many attractions.
the hotel is fairly new, but a few spots in the room already showed wear. the parquet had scratches, stains, and some damp patches.

The rooftop bar offers fine city views! it is a nice spot to have a drink while admiring the skyline. the observation sky deck provides free entry . It features a unique glass floor for a thrilling experience.
